Linda Thompson has been our Realtor for both the sale of one house (3 years ago) and purchase of another now. Based on these experiences-we simply wouldn’t use anyone BUT her. Linda is very knowledgeable and efficient to work with, and when added to her sociable and engaging personality, has on both occasions resulted in a lower stress experience than with previous realtors (and that’s saying something given our 19 houses over 44 years). A great example of lowering our stress was how Linda assertively and persistently solved a water department problem for us, so that we didn’t have to deal with it when our plates were already full. And to go one important step farther, we’ve found her genuine warmth and caring to be strong “value added” qualities that actually made it fun to work together. We’re unsure just how LInda combined these qualities into a seamless presence in our lives, but she did, and in spades. We value Linda both as our realtor, and our friend. She’s a KEEPER!
