We are intent upon that being the case each time we take a listing. In an effort to sell the homes we represent as quickly as possible and have them properly represented on our website and on the listing services, we use the most skilled photographer out there, who takes incredibly great interior shots and also pilots his own plane to capture the best exterior shots as well. Because of the importance of the photography it is the first thing that gets scheduled once the listing agreement is signed. It is imperative for us to have the best representation of each home in all of our advertising and marketing materials, which is one thing that sets Sheila Davis & Company apart from others in the industry. We use the very best tools at our disposal in order to represent everything that we have to offer to buyers and to our sellers. Since so much is riding on the first impression that each home makes once exposed, we are determined to make the most of each opportunity. To that end, some of our favorite days just happen to be “picture day,” for which there is a lot of planning. We need great weather and perfect staging to make the most of picture day which means watching the weather and going into the home ahead of time to make sure all the lights are on and to restage things as needed in order to show it at its very best and draw buyers in. One of the most poignant sayings by which we live is, “you never get a second chance to make a first impression” and we feel it is true not just in our lives as people, but we think it applies to our homes as well.
