After an unsuccessful attempt to sell our home through another agency, we listed our home with Sheila Davis. She is very knowledgeable about Lake Lanier and its residential neighborhoods. She is an active member of the Lake Lanier Association which shows her dedication to lake living. Sheila, honestly and knowledgeably, answered our questions about selling price and other issues, not just giving answers she thought we wanted to hear. She was aggressive in helping us stage our house (we had already moved and taken most of the furnishings with us) and advertised extensively. She and her team were very comfortable with the special features of our house (pool, waterfall, etc) and one of them was always on site to turn features on/off and to answer questions, but not to interfere with a potential buyer’s visit. Sheila was very patient and helpful as we nervously went through to contract and closing processes.
