We used Michelle Sparks to help us find our next buy. I am a college student and my family wanted to purchase a house for me to live in for the next four years then Airbnb after I move out. Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with and made this experience so fun. She helped us find the perfect house that had everything we were looking for. I highly recommend Michelle Sparks for all your housing needs!
Michelle Sparks assisted our family in finding a new home for my daughter in Gainesville. We looked at several houses and were very selective in what we were looking for and Michelle was very informative, responsive and professional. Her guidance through this process was invaluable.
If you need a realtor in the Lake Lanier area do talk with Michelle Sparks. She did an outstanding job for us. She is great at identifying problems and finding solutions and she knows so many tradespeople to do the work. Most important, she is diligent in the pursuit of a sale, always working, coordinating, negotiating until the job is done. And to top all that she is a lovely kind and caring person …. Truly a pleasure to work with.
Michelle is awesome!! Her hard work, diligence and professionalism helped bring our dreams to reality!! This was our 2nd time working with Michelle and we are officially clients for life! Highly recommend her to everyone looking to buy or sell a home!!

Vicki Holland was awesome to work with, we have done 5 purchases with her, she is outstanding to work with and one of the most honest and straight forward people we have worked with in 40 years of buying and selling. She knows the market and has great negotiating skills. Highly recommend her as your Realtor.
Michelle Sparks is a guardian angel. No, I really mean it. She watches over you, and she knows what you need even before you know you need it. As a single woman, buying my first home, I can tell you that she made what could have been a stressful financial situation full of joy and peace. Michelle puts relationships first and is successful because of it. She guides and assists before, during, and after the transaction and is well connected to a network of professionals that help new homeowners because she is so relational. I have never met anyone who combines knowledge and confidence with sweet southern charm in a way that makes everyone want to resolve any issue during a transaction. I can also share that she swooped in and sold a friend of mine’s house in mere days after another agent failed to do so in six months. Go with Michelle! you won’t regret it!
As a Real Estate Broker in 3 states, my wife and I recently bought a home in Georgia. I worked on the buyer side of the transaction while agent VICKI HOLLAND, of the Shelia Davis Group, represented the Sellers in the transaction. Although Vicki represented the sellers, as a broker, I was very impressed with the HELP Vicki Holland provided to us as buyers to help facilitate the transaction. She provided us documents requested, along with providing us local Vendors for us to contact in order to get quotes needed for what we needed to get done. Thank you Vicki! If you are a buyer looking for a home in Gainesville, Georgia area do not hesitate to hire Vicki to represent you – she is competent, has lived in the area and has local knowledge other agents may not possess.
I had a truly fantastic experience with Jennifer and the Sheila Davis team when they sold our lake house. They worked diligently and efficiently, resulting in a remarkably quick sale. Throughout the process, their professionalism and courteousness were truly commendable. What impressed me the most was their unwavering commitment to follow through on every aspect of the transaction. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Jennifer and the Sheila Davis team when it comes time to sell your lake property. They are simply the best in the business!
Michelle Sparks helped my husband and I buy a new home in Gainesville. Michelle was always professional, knows the area very well, and never made us feel rushed. We are relocating from another state and could not have worked with a better agent. Michelle had the answers to all of our questions and went above and beyond. She helped with resources for painting, cleaning and assisted with schedules since we were not local. I would highly recommend Michelle to help you with your next home or land purchase.
