Around this area some are already taking advantage of the sunny days we have had to get out on the lake while others may be waiting for the last days of school to wind down to make it officially lake season. Check Plumbing and HVAC Systems-before you plan on spending any significant time in your lake home make sure the plumbing and HVAC systems are operational. Change filters and run water through the pipes.
