We had a great experience working with Shelia Davis when we purchased a lake cottage on Lake Lanier! She was very professional and responsive to all our questions. She did a lot of due diligence on the property so it made it much easier for us to make a quick decision to make an offer on the  property. There was another offer right behind ours and I have to credit Shelia for advising us to make a quick decision. Shelia did a great job on listing and marketing the property. We really liked the video with the aerial view that we could share with our friends. We would highly recommend Shelia to sell any property!
