Thank you Sheila Davis and Cindy Ballard! We have been looking at lake properties for over a year and half and finally found the perfect little “diamond in the rough”. It was a crazy busy time scheduling-wise with other things going on in our lives and Sheila and Cindy were solid as a rock for us  with the real estate deal – meeting inspectors and contractors, answering questions, negotiating, and helping us keep the whole deal on track.
