We listed our house for sale and bought a new one. Jennifer was our agent for both. During the process she did an excellent job of communication and giving us the latest updates. With all of the staging, packing, getting ready for showings, offers, contracting and all of the other stuff, Jennifer was there to provide advice and guidance. Despite some bumps in the road and some unforeseen challenges she provided us guidance and was proactive in communicating with us and was also a reassuring voice. We have bought and sold several homes and we can say without a doubt Jennifer is the best realtor we have ever worked with. And through this whole process we are glad to say we gained a friend.
