Since October we have been privileged to work with Bob and Diane Pierce who came to Gainesville from Tennessee to find their dream lifestyle on the lake. Working with them was a joy. After their home in Tennessee closed they rented in the area until they found their dream home on beautiful Lake Lanier. They chose this location after having read many articles touting the affordability of the area and close proximity to Atlanta which makes this a targeted retirement community. Working with our buyers has always been such a treat for us and that certainly held true with the Pierces and their faithful companion, Rosco, who accompanied them to each listing as he had to approve of his new home too!
Sheila and Cindy worked closely with Bob and Dianne for months in order to first find out exactly what kind of lake home they wanted and then to stay on top of the market in order to know what new homes would surface that fit their criteria. Working closely with our clients is the cornerstone of our business and it is so rewarding when we are able to work with folks like Bob and Dianne and ultimately succeed by finding their perfect home and walking with them through each and every step of making it their own. Last week we closed on Bob and Dianne’s new home and were reminded of the rewards of what we do when they said, “We can really be happy here!”
